Nature Morte est mon premier corpus. Entre 2017 et 2022, cette exploration est directement liée à mon arrivée à Québec. Une ville remplie d'opportunités et d'espace pour entammer une pratique installative et sculpturale qui par la suite a teinté mes autres recherches. J'ai approché ce corpus avec comme intention de créer des états intermédiaires entre le réel et le virtuel. Des sculptures prenant la forme de portails écraniques s'ouvrant sur des mondes virtuels.Nature Morte is my first body of work. Running from 2017 to 2022, this exploration is tied directly to my arrival in Québec City. A city full of opportunities and of room to begin an installation and sculpture practice, one that went on to colour my other research. I approached this body of work intending to create intermediate states between the real and the virtual. Sculptures taking the form of screen portals opening onto virtual worlds.
